How this works: every check is a real HTTP request fired at render-time. The Mac Mini infra checks route via the Cloudflare Tunnel that fronts anantatrade.com; the SaaS products are checked at their respective Vercel URLs. A 2xx or 4xx response counts as "operational" — only 5xx or request-timeout marks a service down. Programmatic clients can fetch the same data as JSON at /status.json.
